Our version of a nut and caramel cluster, called "Törtéls" as a nod to our Swedish founder, are made with a generous amount of roasted almonds and pecans. Each almond or pecan cluster is draped in a medium chewy caramel and then encased in chocolate. Törtéls are a signature of Bridgewater Chocolate and one of the first chocolate creations we made.
